Nothing beats the taste of a fish you caught just hours ago. While we practice strict catch and release for all billfish (marlin and sailfish), you are welcome to keep edible species like Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi-Mahi (Dorado), Snapper, and Wahoo.

Our crew will professionally fillet and bag your catch at no extra cost, ready for you to take to one of these incredible local restaurants.

Tips for Getting Your Catch Cooked

  1. Tell us on the boat: Let the crew know you want to keep your catch, and they'll fillet it fresh
  2. Call ahead: Most restaurants appreciate a heads-up that you're bringing fish (especially on busy nights)
  3. Expect a cooking fee: Restaurants typically charge $10-$20 per person for the "cook your catch" service, plus sides and drinks
  4. Timing: Fish is best eaten the same day. Head straight from the boat to the restaurant for peak freshness
  5. Keep it cold: We'll bag your fillets on ice. If you need to wait, store them in your hotel fridge
